inspiration

Why is it sometimes my mind can be flooded with ideas. Ideas upon Ideas...so many ideas I think my internal hard drive, where I store all these ideas, is completely full. .so full, in fact, I find it hard to believe I will ever get another good idea at all. I saw these BEAUTIFUL pics today (Yay Allie!) and immediately copied and pasted them here for the rest of the world to see. (More to come later, I'm sure)

and I instantly had so many ideas for them. I have thought of all kinds of creative scrapbook pages, printing/hanging/and framing ideas to decorate my home, and all kinds of things to give as gifts to anyone I can think of to show off my beautiful baby. I was so inspired I decided to start editing my own pictures from Christmas break. Here is my favorite.

I love this photo of my sweet Grandma and her 30th Great grandchild. She was whispering to him how much she loved him just as this picture was taken, and its priceless to me. So, I wanted to get it down on a scrapbook page........

And now....my creative hard drive has CRASHED!!! I have nothing. Not one good idea. Oh, I have tried several times. (7 actually) to get that perfect page. I have 7 files just taking up space in my computer memory. 7 pages that were started with great intentions and abandoned when they just didn't do the picture justice. Just couldn't capture how special this moment is to me. And I am at a loss. Maybe someday my creative juices will come flowing back to me for this project, and maybe not. But for now, I think I will just enjoy the proof I managed to get of this one perfect moment in my little boys life. And I guess that's the most important thing.
